The American Cancer Society is proud to announce Kayla Hansen as the 2014 American Cancer Society Twin Cities Young Professional of the Year in recognition of her dedication in the fight against cancer.
Kayla is an outstanding contributor to the work of both the American Cancer Society and the American Cancer Society - Cancer Action Network. Kayla was selected as a member of the American Cancer Society State Leadership Board and represents the voice of the young professional. She is an active board member and well respected by her peers on the board for her knowledge, professionalism, enthusiasm and dedication to the fight against cancer.
Kayla has served in many facets of the organization and brings an unparalleled enthusiasm. Her sparkle translates to everyone she interacts with and her passion for eliminating the cancer burden is second to none. Her demeanor makes her fast friends with most anyone she meets and she freely shares her passion to eliminate cancer as a major health problem.
Nominations for the 2015 American Cancer Society Twin Cities Young Professional of the Year will begin October 1, 2015.
